IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.

ORDER STATUS:

Order status may be checked by e-mailing us at onmouseover="window.status='E-mail'; return true">info @ buchananplace.com. Please include your shopping cart generated invoice tracking number.


CANCELING AN ORDER:

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled by e-mailing us at onmouseover="window.status='E-mail'; return true">info @ buchananplace.com.


ORDERS POLICY:

The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute BuchananPlace.com's acceptance of the order. BuchananPlace.com has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.


Shipping:

For Cat's Meow shipping charges of $7.95 for sub total up to $89.95 is applied to all of the Cat's Meow buildings. If you purchase with a sub total of Cat's Meow buildings more than $89.95 shipping charges are exempt. If for any reason that there may be a delay in delivery we will contact you with the details.

Payment:
BuchananPlace.com accepts Visa, Master and Discover Card. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment unless we place a special order for you. BuchananPlace.com also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.

Sales Tax:
There is a 6.25% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio.

Return Policy: No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.
